Entrust discovered that certain TLS Extended Validation (EV) certificates (EV Multi-Domain SSL, QWAC eIDAS, QWAC PSD2) lacked a specific component required by the EV guidelines. This component links the certificate to the issuer's Certificate Policy (CP) and Certification Practice Statement (CPS).
Entrust has taken steps to resolve this issue and prevent its recurrence. All specified certificate types issued after 21:40 UTC, 18 March 2024, are unaffected.
Entrust is required to revoke the affected certificates as soon as possible, which will occur on Saturday 23 March 2024 at 21:00 UTC.
The EV psd2-portal-milleis.fr certificate has been replaced by the issue of a new certificate. This may have an impact on QWAC certificates and you will need to recreate them.
